My trainings consist of workshops
tailored to leaders in the industrial field –
developed through practical experience,
and for use in real life.
My trainings help participants
to really get answers to questions such as:
What is really important in leadership?
How can I develop into a great leader?
How do I deal with conflicts?
How do I cope with emotions?
How can I build a high performance team?
How to become a good leader
Before leading others you should be able to lead yourself. Lots of people have problems leading themselves. Therefore, I begin in my training by helping the participants to get to know themselves.
They need to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and must accept these before they begin to lead others. Other issues addressed by the workshops are:
- What drives you?
- What is important to you?
- What are you afraid of?
- How do you use your time?
On the basis of self-knowledge, the participants set the course for developing their own leadership skills. We then focus on specific skills regarding organization, communication and goal setting.
What training methods are used?
The content is taught in highly visual and hands-on lectures, exercises and discussions. My workshops also address specific leadership problems that occur as part of daily work-life in industrial environments.
In addition to my training, I also offer one-on-one coaching, if needed.
